Ken is overall a pretty good professor. His lectures can sometimes be a bit dry or boring but it's very cle

Incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Understands that his class is effectively an intro to grad-level econ so 50% is passing. Subject matter is most difficult after midterm 1, then gets much easier (relatively). Not the most practical advanced course, but if you enjoy the math side of econ/are going to grad school for it then this is your course.

The most qualified of any professor to teach 468. His background in IO lets him provide first-hand experience with the topics, and he's taught the same class at Harvard. The material can be dry, but if you can get over it, there's a lot to be learned. He is responsive to questions. The weekly problem set, a midterm, and a final make your grade.

He's a really nice guy and good professor who is willing to help you out with homework and any other questions you have. But man, is his class boring. I wouldn't recommend this class out to anyone.

Ken is a really smart guy, and his experience with IO shines in this class. Real-world examples are used to give you a grasp of the formal logic problems, and the case studies are very interesting. The exams can be a little daunting, but nothing comes from out of the blue. There's a lot to learn, and the middle of the course is the toughest.
