Katherine assigns a lot of reading, but her exams are not too difficult and her grading is on the easy side.

There is a high reading requirement, but Katherine is smoking hot which makes lectures extremely enjoyable.

She is extremely snippy with students, and acts very condescending. She did not appear to have a firm grasp of the material, and had difficulty answering students' questions much of the time. When she did, she was often unclear.

She sometimes rubbed me the wrong way, but she wasn't a bad teacher by any means. I didn't think her a fair grader, but if you were on her good side, you had no problems earning a good grade.

Not a bad class at all...did not like her at all at first but then I got to really like her. She is actually a really nice person. The tests aren't too hard and the mutiple choice questions weren't hard either....all you have to do is study people!

She is not nearly as bad as people say she is. In my experience the people who don't like her are the ones who don't bother to do the readings, talk through class, don't adequately prepare for the exams, and then blame her when they don't get a good grade. She could improve in some areas, but overall not too bad.

Some days class was filled with political propoganda, totally not cool. Overpriced textbook hardly used, tests were straight from lecture. Also, multiple choice questions on exams were hard as hell and nowhere near fair. This class made me not want to be a social work major.

Awful. She is rude, uninteresting, unhelpful and just plain rotten at what she does. She has the attitude of being better than the rest of the world and is truly disrespectful. I do not recommend taking a class taught by her.
