Prof. Busby is pretty awesome. There is a TON of reading, and a lot of the books are pretty difficult, but if you come to class you will get a grasp of what's going on. Notes/books/dictionary can be used on in-class exams and he's a pretty fair grader. I recommend showing up to class and taking notes on what he says-you should be golden.

He's so funny and is easy to get off topic. He makes really boring class material (medieval french) pretty interesting.

Busby is a little crazy and rambles on for the entire class about who knows what, but he is an easy grader and an amusing old British gent. Notes, dictionary, and books can be used for the exams, only two papers, and the final is take home!
