Professor Pincheira is one of my favorite professors. He cares a lot about his students' understanding of the course topics, and teaches at a pace that allows for a full, deep understanding of the material. He can go on about a topic when you ask him a question and get sidetracked, but it's only because he really wants you to understand. Love him.

Dr Pincheira is a knowledgeable and nice guy but not a great teacher. He rambles so much during the lectures it's hard to keep track of what's actually important. Homework assignments are very long and convoluted, make sure to start them asap. There are two midterms each worth 35% of the grade and knowing theory is super important.

Prof. Pincheira is unorganized and often rambles. At his best, he is a good and thought invoking teacher but is dragged down by his lack of planning and tendency to get off-topic in lectures.

Never had any idea of what would be on the exams, and he babbles about things that are unimportant. Get ready to teach yourself the entire class.

Jose is a rambler. He explains things far more than he needs to, making it confusing to grasp the important concepts. There are 8 or so hws and 2 exams. He doesn't do much or any examples in class making the hw very difficult. If you go to his office hours, he tends to make you feel very stupid so don't ask stupid questions. I don't recommend Jose.

Prof. P was a great steel structures professor. Some people don't like how detailed he is in lecture, but I did because he relates to the real world and is passionate about it. Only two tests so make them count. Only 6 HWs but they take awhile; can't do them in just one night. If you go in to his office hours, he will talk your ear off. Great prof.
