Prof. Thurlow was funny at times but dry at others. It wasn't always apparent what we were supposed to be taking away from the material. The exam for the portion of the class she taught wasn't super difficult.

She's always extremely helpful in office hours, and before and after class. She cares about each and every student and understands how intense college can be and that her class isn't the only one you're taking. She expects a lot, but that's because she wants her students to be successful in their jobs-not just college.

Julie was really fund and engaging. I liked her lectures, but she plows through information. Her lectures slides had a ton of really specific biological information, but her tests are more broad based ideas. I recommend going to lecture and really listening to her. There are things she says that pop up on the test that you cant find in text/slides

What she said is exactly what she wanted you to know. She's got a dry humor which makes her lectures fun. Straight foward and brilliant lady.

Very nice, very clear. She taught a portion of my class based on biology, which I'm not interested in nor can I wrap my head around. She did a good job making it understandable, and is a very fun teacher.
