Going to the childcare centers was great, but the class didn't have clear expectations regarding assignments. Directions and rubrics were inconsistent within assignments, dates were inconsistent between the syllabus and canvas, and lack of in-person lecture made her communication less than stellar. This class is 99% online, so you are teaching yourself everything. You meet the professor face-to-face a total of 3 times for mandatory classes. The syllabus is confusing and there is a disconnect between the child lab and the class. Homework assignments and readings feel like a waste of time. Heavy on the readings but a nice person to talk to. She is hard on her TAs but fair to the students in class. If you do the readings you'll do fine in this class.Rate My Professors ↗
She seems very nice in class, but she has obvious communication problems with the TA and constantly reprimands in front of class. She grades harshly and while she seems to love her job, her class is mostly boring.Rate My Professors ↗
