CONGRATS! I've heard she's much better than the alternative. Lectures can feel slow esp if you've already taken 210, but slides are easy to follow so you can zone out a bit. Very caring and understanding. The challenge is the research proposal, which the curriculum doesn't prepare you for. Meet TAs and tutors early.","source_url":"https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/2740956","quality_rating":4,"difficulty_rating":3},{"observed_at":"2026-09-07 16:29:44.718032+00:00","run_id":"20260907T155543-ce3781c4","source_review_id":"UmF0aW5nLTQzMDE4NDYx","source_instructor_id":"rmp:2740956","instructor_name":"Julia Greenberg","course_label":"PSYCH225","course_id":"PSYCH 225","course_uid":"course_1177b5ab16c01f6a0eef7a2b","review_date":"2026-05-04 16:28:09 +0000 UTC","comment":"Extremely frustrating. You can study a lot and still feel unprepared because exams focus on one narrow topic. Questions are long, wordy, and draining, with tiny differences between answers. It feels more like a trick than a fair test of what you actually know. Expected to answer multiple questions based on confusing text. Horribly structured exams.","source_url":"https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/2740956","quality_rating":1,"difficulty_rating":5},{"observed_at":"2026-09-07 16:29:44.718032+00:00","run_id":"20260907T155543-ce3781c4","source_review_id":"UmF0aW5nLTQyNzM2Njk0","source_instructor_id":"rmp:2740956","instructor_name":"Julia Greenberg","course_label":"PSYCH225","course_id":"PSYCH 225","course_uid":"course_1177b5ab16c01f6a0eef7a2b","review_date":"2026-03-25 16:16:30 +0000 UTC","comment":"She's fine but I would never choose to take a class with her or take this class. The class itself is very very slow and lectures were not great. I'm sure it could be worse professor wise but I really hated this class in terms of content, it was so boring and slow. TA/lab section was great and actually felt useful for my future.","source_url":"https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/2740956","quality_rating":2,"difficulty_rating":3},{"observed_at":"2026-09-07 16:29:44.718032+00:00","run_id":"20260907T155543-ce3781c4","source_review_id":"UmF0aW5nLTQyNTU2MjUz","source_instructor_id":"rmp:2740956","instructor_name":"Julia Greenberg","course_label":"PSYCH225","course_id":"PSYCH 225","course_uid":"course_1177b5ab16c01f6a0eef7a2b","review_date":"2026-01-27 22:15:19 +0000 UTC","comment":"This class is VERY tedious, but with the amount of extra credit opportunities, your attention to detail to the rubric for assignments, and by using the textbook to study for exams, you should be fine. I didn't find Greenberg's lectures very helpful for the actual graded material (she rambles), the TA you get really determines your grade the most.","source_url":"https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/2740956","quality_rating":3,"difficulty_rating":3},{"observed_at":"2026-09-07 16:29:44.718032+00:00","run_id":"20260907T155543-ce3781c4","source_review_id":"UmF0aW5nLTQyNDAyMTk5","source_instructor_id":"rmp:2740956","instructor_name":"Julia Greenberg","course_label":"PSYCH225","course_id":"PSYCH 225","course_uid":"course_1177b5ab16c01f6a0eef7a2b","review_date":"2025-12-26 23:04:36 +0000 UTC","comment":"Wants students to do well and was accessible outside of class.
