Josh takes a very long time to explain anything and he uses at least 5 metaphors a class, but he doesn't assign very much homework. Whenever you bring him a rough draft. he always says you need to change the whole paper or its main idea even though he says it's a good paper. So dont spend a ton of time on first drafts, save the effort for revision.Rate My Professors ↗

I fall asleep at least twice a week in this class, however, you can tell Josh genuinely wants everyone to learn. He gets extremely wordy and talks way to much so be prepared for that. Also, don't really learn much so if you want to improve in your writing/are looking to get help with it I would go with another TA.Rate My Professors ↗

Josh was my T.A for English 215, and he was awesome! He was very helpful, and you could tell he really cared about the topics we discussed in class, and had very interesting ideas about them. Would definitely recommend him as a T.A!Rate My Professors ↗
