Joe is an excellent professor that provides us with real-world examples to better understand topics. The guest speakers each week really made the class engaging and interesting.

Incredibly smart guy and lectures were always a blast. The online videos are where you learn - in-person lectures were 10% course content and 90% miscellaneous stories. His guest speakers are top-notch and incredibly professionals.

Joe is AWESOME. My favorite class at WSB yet. Go to his office hours and go to his end of semester celebration at the union. At a large school he makes students feel like they matter. Class isn't that difficult. Go to class and listen to what he says. A large amount of tests are based on EXACTLY what he says during lecture.

Boucher is an awesome law professor and a great guy. His class became the only one that I would consistently go to at the end of the semester. His lectures are captivating and he makes clear difficult concepts by explaining examples of his real-world experiences.

Joe is an interesting guy. His lectures are primarily what you learn, no book necessary unless you're confused. Tests are a bit subjective, but not terrible if you study before and not overthink them. Big short paper was useless. Sometimes seems a bit arrogant, but he is a lawyer. Good class in bus law 2. Pretty easy to get at least an AB

The content of this course is very easy. So most of the times he talks about current matters, everything that he has a say about. Very opinionated person, but it's great to hear from a professional lawyer.
