Professor Pevehouse is the coolest teacher I've had so far. His lectures are genuinely engaging and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students. My TA for this class was also a really cool guy which makes this one of the best classes I've taken here at Madison. I would 100% recommend this class and Professor Pevehouse!

Pevehouse is simply the GOAT. Funny, teaches clearly, nice guy if you go talk to him during office hours. The TA's are a whole different beast but if you study the concepts before each test, you'll do just fine. Highly recommend!

Pevehouse was a great professor for PS140. He knows a lot about the field and gives you a lot of information in the lectures. Do the readings and take notes, as the 2 exams and 1 final you have rely on multiple choice and short answers. Go to office hours as he is a great resource to do well in the class.

Professor Pevehouse is an engaging and enthusiastic lecturer and makes the material exciting and digestible. The exams are straightforward and cover only the essential points from the lecture. Pevehouse is good at making the class easy, without allowing students to miss crucial information and slack off.
