He is very passionate about what he's teaching and was an awesome professor! Lecture isn't mandatory, but he does give credit randomly for going, and sometimes gives us info on the upcoming midterms or tests ahead of time so I would go to them.Rate My Professors ↗
Easy A without much effort at all, just do the weekly homework (30 mins max) and you'll be fine. Even though the material is easy, he still lectures very enthusiastically and really cares about the subject. Exams are easy since he basically gives the essay questions before the test, and they have very lax grading criteria.Rate My Professors ↗
Senchyne was super nice. Only homework was weekly annotations worth 10 points, which took about 30 minutes. Two in-class essays, which were super easy. He gives the article a week before, and the prompt is based on lecture. He has two random exit tickets for the lecture. Jonathan was funny and very real. He doesn't assign homework besides the weekly annotation. The essay exams are straightforward, and you don't really need to come to class to do well since he gives the resources beforehand. There's also extra credit to boost your grade. The course is very easy to learn, Jonathan is a great professor and is very clear on what he's talking about during the lecture. The exams are not that bad it is just 50 minutes of writing an essay from an article he provided a week before. A lot of extra credit is given.Rate My Professors ↗
Perfect class! Attendance isn't mandatory + plenty of extra credit. Content was easy. Professor Senchyne is fantastic. Besides the 2 in-class essays (very easy), everything is open-note, including the weekly online quizzes and the online take-home final exam.
