Lectures for InterEGR 160 were extremely boring and were pretty much worthless and are 'mandatory'. Weekly quizzes were easy and answers could be found on lecture slides posted on moodle. Make sure to not use your phone or laptop during lecture because he will come up to you and close your laptop or tell you to get off your phone.Rate My Professors ↗
Murphy is a really cool guy. He is very funny in a dry sort of way. His Survey of Nuclear Class is very interesting, and as a non Nuclear Engineering major I learned a lot. It is a very easy way to fill in 1 credit. There is no work for the entire semester but one 10 page paper, and there are no exams. Definitely recommend!Rate My Professors ↗

John Murphy gave a few lectures, but mainly brought in other guest speakers to talk. He was a fine lecturer. The class really depends on the project, and has little to do with John Murphy. Enthusiastic about engineering!Rate My Professors ↗
Murphy really doesn't speak much in lecture, as he brings in many guest speakers. Some of these guests are very interesting, others are boring. The class more depends on who you have as your lab professor. I do recommend 160 as you get a lot out of it and it is an easy A.Rate My Professors ↗
