Requires precise excel modeling, Finance knowledge is required. The Exams were just as difficult and very technical with tricky T&F sections. The fun part was semester the RE VALUATION project in Madison.",

The appraisal project was disappointing because most people didn't fully understand what was going on until it all came together at the end. His lecture time is mostly used to discuss things other than the lecture material, which was very frustrating.",

At the beginning of the semester he said he doesn't care about your grades and you shouldn't either, so he disabled grade calculations. Very frustrating when you don't know your grade for the entire class. Lots of homework, projects, and did not lay off around exam time.",
