Jing Li believes that students perform best if no exam prep material is given out and if new concepts are introduced on the exams themselves. The typo riddled exams are very tough and no solutions are posted. She did go over the exam in class, if you ask a question she takes it personally, and won't explain. Luckily the exams weren't cumulative.

While she seems to not be inclined to answer students' questions, this semester has shown that she may be willing to change. She has started having students explain key concepts to the class to help them better understand. This has really helped, and I hope she continues this in the future. Exams are very difficult, hope for a good TA.

One of the most mean spirited professors I have ever had. Does not teach well(Power Lecture that she edits over). Is not willing to re-explain. Does not give extensions. Exams are difficult and make no sense. She does upload PPTs. I was just lucky that we have a good TA.
