She has no idea how to teach German. Whenever she was asked questions, she'd turn it around and not actually answer your question. She often makes mistakes while lecturing which is crucial to not do when teaching a language to beginners. She is also very soft spoken and only explains grammar at a superficial level that leads to poor understanding.

Jessica is probably one of the toughest of the German TAs but she is really fair and really makes you learn. My roommate was taking another TA for the same class but I feel like I always was learning better than she was. I'm sad that she's not teaching the next level as I really want to continue with her. She's great but a tough grader.
