ASU WRC 2202: This has been the worst class of my college career, this professor refused to provide constructive feedback in any form and was condescending in every way. His instructions (if given) were so vague nothing could be completed. Change your ILE theme if you can.Rate My Professors ↗

Professor Gant is friendly and easy to reach. While friendly , his expectations are too high for undergrad. He is vague on assignments, which are so excessive that you will write tons of papers on pointless topics, yet receive low grades because you didn't meet his vague directions. I enjoyed the topic, but ended up hating it by the end of class.Rate My Professors ↗

Very unspecific about how things will be done in the course. Overall easy material if you like history. Annoying busy work that is not helpful at all.Rate My Professors ↗

There was a lot of reading for this class! But I saw history from new angles. Tests were hard because they actually required work and thinking. Probably not for people who dont want to learn historybut if you want to go beyond high school Id recommend. Jesse was always willing to help in office hours. Accessible.Rate My Professors ↗

Terrible readings that were meaningless and heavily in favor of one point of view. Also doesnt cover the civil war to present and mostly relies on this long terribly dry readings. Also during this class you arent entirely sure what to expect as you never felt sure what to expect what hes looking for. Way too much work for an entry level class.Rate My Professors ↗

Jesse seems like a really nice guy, but he struggles to make his points clear and concise. The class is meant to cover US history from the Civil War up to today. With so little time to do so, he tries to make these broad claims that most of the time are not completely true. He gives you required readings that only give one point of view.Rate My Professors ↗
