Definitely one of the best art instructors I've ever had, and I would take another one of his classes in a heartbeat. It's a lot of work, but he has very thorough demos and gives a reasonable amount of work time. Overall a very fair grader. He expects you to put the work in, so make sure you leave time for yourself to work on things.
