Best prof that I've ever had within my 5 years at uni by far. He is super understanding and seems to really enjoy what he does. The exams are fair and if you show up to lectures then you'll be fine. I definitely recommend to anyone if they're wanting to take a philosophy class !!!

He's the best prof i've had at sfu. He's very funny and makes even the most boring topics really interesting. He's not strict about deadlines and gives out really high marks on assignments. No exams. Just bi-weekly assignments. Really friendly and helpful. I just love him!

Jason is the best lecturer I've ever had in my 5 years of university. He's funny, chill, forgiving, and is super understanding towards his students. He's incredibly informative with his lectures and uses easy to understand examples to explain things. He always has something to talk about and responds to questions respectfully. Great prof.

Hilarious prof, makes a 3 hour lecture whiz by. Lots of reading due to the nature of the class, and attendance is mandatory for marks.

Jay is a great lecturer! He has an awesome sense of humour and uses funny examples that stick easily. I had zero phil experience before this class, but became very interested in the topic by the end. His expectations for the papers were crystal clear. SUCH a high quality instructor.
