Most people I knew in class dropped and my grade was only saved by a massive curve at the end of the semester. She uses another teacher's slides that she clearly doesn't look over before class, she also heavily utilizes R and neglects the fact that this class is most people's first time using it. Professor Hannan seemed like she cared for the students and wanted us to succeed but didn't put in the work. She used slides from another prof (fine) but often didn't read them before class and was confused by them. Went off on tangents. Didn't give concrete examples. I really like this class and would take another with the same professor. She teaches at a nice pace, cares about her students, and is a well disciplined teacher. As someone who gets interrupted really easily i like her ability to manage and discipline the class.Rate My Professors ↗
I graduate this semester and she is by far the worst prof I have ever had. First of all, all we do is use R for our homework and that isn't a part of the exams. She goes crazy in class by yelling at people for talking when no one is/etc.. She does not teach. She is not nice. She makes many many mistakes and doesn't own up to it.
