Glenn is a great guy but his grading policy is so vague. He needs to make it much more clearer. Overall not bad but wish he was easier to read!

He's nice and eager to help. Class is interesting. One thing that I feel really bad is that he doesn't give clear grading policy. You have no idea about your final grade until he writes it on student center. He's grading kind of arbitrarily (like nothing circled on the project but still you get points off). If you don't care grade then go for him.

While he is very enthusiastic about what he does, it isn't always teaching. Have had a few lectures missed because he was away testifying in court. Is very prone to tangents. When he does do examples, he spends a lot of time reviewing the stuff we already know how to do (unit conversion). Grades arbitrarily, saying he 'got tired of grading exams'.

Great professor, really enjoys teaching the class, super nice guy, always happy to help you. Asks the students for preferences on when homework and projects are due. 4 midterms, but they are pretty straight forward and one of them is take home, and non cumulative

I worked with Glenn for independant study and worked with one of the automotive teams. He is a genious when it comes to anything automotive and is very helpful with the electrical side of things as well. I wish I could have the chance to take a real class with him. Plus, the guy is halarious!

Glenn has one of the best teaching styles in the ME Dept. His exams are easy but still cover the material. He writes the homework specifically to cover what people aren't grasping, and he's very relaxed. He teaches because he want's people to know things, not to be a stickler or waste time with pointless strictness.

Glenn is debatably the best professor at UW. His commitment to student learning is unparalleled and his knowledge of everything is nearly limitless. Great Prof (poof)!!!
