Profe Menechella is very kind and super interested in the FIG program. However, she is old-fashioned and isn't great with keeping track of time. Will often show up late and run past the allotted time. Lectures have nothing to do with what is on the test, yet attendance is mandatory. Big rambler.Rate My Professors ↗

I took this class for my FIG and it was a lot more than I expected. The lectures are required but almost entirely unnecessary since the readings are rarely discussed in class. Lots of reading, some of it is dry. The tests are worth a lot and the questions are way too specific. However, Grazia was the sweetest and taught interesting concepts.Rate My Professors ↗
Talks about herself the entire time through endlessly long, tedious lectures. Lectures have nothing to do with test material, which is ridiculously specific and redundant details from countless readings.Rate My Professors ↗
Grazia is such an Italian grandmother! She really is the sweetest woman ever and wants you to succeed. She really likes to talk about herself, but honestly it's pretty interesting most of the time. Unfortunately, sometimes the workload is a bit much, but she is super reasonable about what she puts on the exams. Overall, would recommend!Rate My Professors ↗
She is difficult and does not engage well with her students. She is conceited, but she knows the material well. Make sure to do the readings before class.Rate My Professors ↗
Grazia is very dedicated to what she teaches and knows her information well, however, her lectures are long and tedious. If you don't mind discussions, be prepared to do a lot of it because she often partners students up and have them analyze and present the long, dreadful readings they should have completed before the lecture that specific day.Rate My Professors ↗
