This class wasn't difficult because there are no tests, however it's all group project based which I was not expecting, and sometimes it was frustrating. The professor and TA are good graders, however the rubric many times would be unclear as well as an unorganized canvas page. The class is based on one group project. I wasn't with a good group and when I tried to bring up issues to the instructor/TA, they never got solved. She is typically an easy grader as long as you follow the instructions. Attendance is mandatory and guest lectures can get boring, but there is mostly no actual work that goes with the lectures.Rate My Professors ↗
The whole semester is centered around one big group project based on smaller group projects done throughout the semester. I got lucky with my group, but if you get a group that doesn't communicate or do their work this class would be very difficult. There are no tests, the class is one big group project where you do small assignments on one issue such as reproductive rights, environmental justice, etc. There are a lot of guest speakers. Evelyn is super nice though and really funny, she is always willing to accept feedback. Her and the TA grade pretty easily as long as you put in the effort.Rate My Professors ↗
