Terrible lecturer, rambles about things completely irrelevant to the course material. Attending his lectures honestly makes the class harder as he just makes everything more confusing.

Evan was the TA for 270 F2019 and will be teaching the class Spring 2020. He often rambled a lot and didn't explain concepts well. Nice, but I don't see him doing well being in charge of the entire class. Has said that this class will have less problem sets than F2019 and will be graded by more weekly quizzes, if tests aren't your thing.
