Ethan often says he's too busy to help students. I'm honestly not sure why he keeps taking this job considering he seems to be very overwhelmed with grad school. If he's got something due in Grad school, don't expect him to help you with anything. Really cares about students and wants you to be successful. A decent amount of homework but hey it's a math class. Tests are somewhat difficult but corrections are allowed on the midterms. Actually participate and put in effort in class and you'll be fine.Rate My Professors ↗

Busy-work. Going to lecture seemed to make the material more confusing. He's a nice man and is passionate about the math, but has a hard time understanding what is/isn't necessary. Weekly HW & online discussions + 3 exams that were pretty fair. Makes you write out every prompt for problems on HW which ends up taking more time than the HW itself.
