This was probably my favorite class that I took my freshman year. David is an extremely good lecturer, and his slides are easy to follow and intuitive. Would highly recommend

Great teacher -- interested in RE you must take his class. Currently working in the field and has alot of valuable insight he provides. Cannot ask for a better intro teacher and he puts out his expectations very clear and easy to reach. Assignments are graded more on effort and that aslong as you try you cannot get below an A in the course.

Good guy and seems to genuinely care about students. Class papers were easy and graded fairly.

Professor Gevers was amazing. He is a VP at a real estate development firm which made his lectures very insightful and interesting. The grade you receive is based on a few very short papers and two exams. The exams were extremely easy, and the papers didn't require much more than an hour to get a 100% on. I highly recommend his class.

Amazing professor. He is very engaging and really passionate what he does. Super interesting course content and has a great perspective due to his real world experience. 100% recommend.

Prof. Gevers was a solid professor. His lectures are a little boring, but he is passionate about real estate and clearly knows a lot. The class is not difficult, but you will have to study for some of the exams, as they are a lot about recall and memorization. I recommend this class if you want to learn about the basics of real estate.

Professor Gevers is so awesome and passionate about real estate. He has great experience and projects that he talks about in lecture! Exams so far have not been difficult. Not a real estate major but I still find it interesting. You may even get a chance to tour a construction site.

Good guy, not hard
