Lectures aren't necessary to attend, but I went to most of them because they're easy to follow and do help with exams. Two in class essay midterms and one final paper, I would recommend this class/professor for an interesting, but pretty straightforward class.","source_url":"https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/2342660","quality_rating":3,"difficulty_rating":2},{"observed_at":"2026-09-07 16:43:09.238565+00:00","run_id":"20260907T155543-ce3781c4","source_review_id":"UmF0aW5nLTI5NTQxNDk1","source_instructor_id":"rmp:2342660","instructor_name":"Douglas Walker","course_label":"ILS372","course_id":"ILS 372","course_uid":"course_750fcfd0f2be7a39bf52e5df","review_date":"2018-02-06 16:14:16 +0000 UTC","comment":"Lectures were unorganized and bland, not necessary to attend. Professor Walker was open to feedback about his lecture style but clearly has much more interest in the material than the students.
