Brings great real world experience to the lectures making them interesting and engaging. Provided clear criteria for what is on exams and is very helpful.

Chase is a great professor. He cares about his students and his lectures are super casual. He gives clear criteria for what is on the exams, and then there is an appraisal project you complete with a group throughout the semester. Overall an easier class, most of it was review from RE 410.

Definitely recommend taking Chase over other professors for RE 415. Super nice guy and is extremely clear about what will be tested for exams. Appraisal project is a lot of work regardless of who the professor is but Chase was always very helpful if you just go to office hours.

Chase is a great professor. He knows his field well and is usually on the same page as his students. Very reasonable on exams and grading, good guy overall. Would definitely take him again and recommend to others.
