Prof. Niziolek did a great job with this course; the lecture slides were especially helpful for learning the material and studying before exams. Sometimes her explanations became slightly convoluted and a little confusing, but she typically ended up back on track.Rate My Professors ↗

I got an AB in this class, and honestly, half of this class was interesting, while the other half was more like math and physics, and the class was 100% too challenging for a beginner-level course. The lectures were incredibly confusing, and the only way to do well was by relearning the material after class.Rate My Professors ↗

I'm going to be honest, I haven't taken a class with her, HOWEVER, I have multiple friends who have. She immediately accused my friend of cheating (which she didn't) without even asking why she & another student had similar assignments. She also wouldn't let another girl retake the final when she had to miss it due to CANCER treatment.Rate My Professors ↗

She is a very nice person but the way she teaches is sometimes confusing and I didn't always know what to focus on because there was so many slides per lecture. There is overall a lot of homework/ work that you need to do outside of class which got overwhelming. I would suggest going to the review sessions especially on weeks before a test.Rate My Professors ↗

You get a whole front and back paper of notes for exams (2 for the final!). I never took notes, read, or studied and was more than fine. I was always confused why the exam averages were not higher considering that the exams are basically open note.Rate My Professors ↗

very kind and enthusiastic professor! course work is a different story though. content on exams is meant to trick you and make you think outside of the box which is where i think there is a lot of difficultly within this course.Rate My Professors ↗
