Always seems angry and doesn't give much (if any) positive feedback to the group, the criticisms are done with a raised tone, and then blames the group for not looking excited. But in my experience, what stuck out the most was how personal he was. He really cares about his students and their feelings and well-being. I had the opportunity to be in concert choir but I wouldn't leave Bruce!",
