Great class, great professor. I sincerely hope he doesn't retire because all of you will miss his incredible lectures. Class is top notch but very difficult. Be prepared to make flashcards...lots of flashcards.Rate My Professors ↗
Very interesting class, but it is not easy! I studied days in advance and learned as we went and had to retake the class still! Don't challenge him, he'll make you look stupid. Bruce is, without a doubt, the best professor I have ever had. This is also the hardest class I've ever taken. LOVE the lack of detailed powerpoints; you actually have to pay attention during class. Exams are hard but doable. Bruce makes even the most dry topics in parasitology interesting.Rate My Professors ↗

Professor is extremely interesting, funny, cheery, reasonable, helpful, and smart guy. He knows what he's talking about, and dont challenge him because he obviously knows his material 100x better than you will. Super interesting class and he is an interesting even a funny professor at times. With that being said this class is NOT easy. Along with organic chemistry this was one of the hardest classes I took simply because of the sheer amount of information we had to memorize.
