Easiest class I've taken at UW-Madison. I barely did the readings, but always showed up for lecture and got an A on every exam. Lectures can sometimes drag on because some of the material seems like it's common sense, but Prof. Bellmore has an enjoyable teaching style & clear passion for her job.

Professor Bellmore is a really good professor. My only complaint is that your grade in the class relies heavily on the exams and the exams are really subjective.

Professor is nice but too high a grading scale for this class for the few things that are graded. Also doesn't give any type of prep for exams which is frustrating. Must read the textbook to do well on exams. Overall decent class but how it is structured is not the best compared to other ed psych classes.

This class was a pretty regular Ed Psych class at UW. However, Amy clearly stated that if you do not read the assigned readings from the book you will not get an A. The tests were not hard but again if you do not do the reading (its a lot) you will not get As on the exams and you will not get an A in the class. Also, an A is a 94 and not a 93.

I took Amy's class at 8am as a power lecture. Honestly, the lectures were really boring. Maybe it is because I had this class so early in the morning (the content was interesting, but not the actual lectures). I ended up skipping a lot of the time and did just fine. Also, the slides are so boring and the class seems like it drags on forever.

Great class! Graded primarily based on participation which consisted of posting to weekly discussion boards. Reading consists of research papers (3ish a week), but it's done in a manner to make it interactive and not overwhelming. Class consisted mainly of discussion, not lectures. Responds to emails almost immediately. Definitely recommend!

Amy was a great professor! Most of the material was common sense, but the exams were long (65 questions) She also makes you do a case study paper, but its graded by the TA (which may or may not be a bad thing) and is relatively simple! All in all she was a great professor with a bubbly personality!

One of the easiest classes I've ever taken. Tests are all straightforward multiple choice.

Amy is a great professor. Really clear and highlights/compliments the textbook very well. Would recommend the class to anyone, especially with her teaching the course. Easy A if you pay attention and read the text closely.

Overall a good class. Lecture is clear and straight forward. Exams come from lecture material and some outsides readings but overall they are very fair. 4 quizzes, 3 multiple choice exams, 1 case study paper. Non cumulative class. I'd recommend taking it if this field interest you at all. Class is easy and she is a very nice professor.

Great instructor with a thorough syllabus. The course load and material is very reasonalbe. Going to class was very helpful and the lecture notes were posted at the end of each week. Great class

Easy class... Just do the online discussions. She might have reminded once out of the 5 times. Also, just being in class helps you learn the material... Well it did to me. Enjoy!

She's really nice, and really tries to make the class interesting w/videos, etc. You have to study a bit for the exams, but if you read and studied the notes you'll do great. Quizzes about every other week, 3 exams, 1 paper, and a reflection at the end. Very fair.

An ok class, kind of boring at times. Quizzes everyweek are really easy. One case study, a final reflection paper, and 3 tests. Study and you'll be fine.

no need to go to lectures because everything she says is posted online. exams are too easy that i dont study for them. all i did is re-read notes before exams. grading is incredibly easy. paper due is so easy i was done in 2 hours (including research) and got an A. attendance not counted in grade. so basically, never go to class, easy exam, get A
