Highly recommend this course, it is just as fun as it sounds

Dr.Kovaleski truly cares about his students' mental health.330 is more work than drinking wine. 85% lecture that can go into detail about the science behind the wine process. Lots of guest lectures that can be boring if you aren't a horticulture major(I was not). Still, a fun class to take, but might be a little long for a Friday class.

Took Wines and Vines and had a great time! Really engaging lectures and learned a lot. Loved using tophat for wine reviews and everything in this course was straight forward and innovative. Can't wait to take another class with Kovaleski!
