Ann was awesome! I took calc in highschool and did terribly. She was so clear with all of the material and definitely willing to help anyone who needed it. Scheels is an good professor with easy exams. It was nice to have a professor who I could clearly understand and who told us what to expect for the exams instead of trying to trick us. Ann is the best prof for calculus at UW, period. I dreaded this class before the semester and now I actually miss doing calculus problems. She was very easy to understand, but she made a lot of mistakes when she did problems during lecture. Gave an awesome review for the final (I got a 97.5!). Go to lecture and DO THE HOMEWORK! It really helps.Rate My Professors ↗
Ann is a wonderful professor! She used to be a math tutor and you can tell, as she is a really great teacher. Her grading is very fair and before each tests she goes through a 'laundry list' which tells you EXACTLY what will be on the exam! So helpful for studying. Keep up on homework, and go to office hrs.
