Annie clearly has no background knowledge about what she's teaching, cannot answer in-depth questions about the content, and doesn't care about helping students or seeing them succeed. Truly astounding that she even got hired to teach at UW.Rate My Professors ↗
Dr. Baur has interesting lectures and is willing to help. She is willing to help you understand concepts in office hours which her counterpart is not. Her lectures are engaging but she talks very fast.Rate My Professors ↗

Professor Bauer and Zoet co-taught my class, and there was a big difference between the two. Annies lectures were hard to understand and very much more difficult to process and take notes on. I went into the course thinking I would enjoy a class on national parks, but it ended up being overall stressful because of all the different topics that are covered in such a short time period. It heavily relies on memorization, but the exams were luckily MC. Two professors taught this class and I preferred Prof. Zoet, but that's just my opinion!Rate My Professors ↗
There were two professors for this class, and I preferred Bauer a bit more. Knew what she was talking about and answered every question that was asked in lecture. Interesting lectures. I did take Geosci100, which definitely helped me, class would've been harder if I didn't have the basics down already. Exams more difficult than they should be.Rate My Professors ↗
