He's a nice enough guy, but the lectures were honestly dreadful. Didn't ever make any slides or anything, so every lecture was him highlighting some passages from whatever book we were readings and just rambling through those. Pretty boring class overall, but simple enough.Rate My Professors ↗

LIT 220: Very knowledgeable about Chekov and is clearly really interested in his works so if you are too you will love this class. Not the best easy lit class. Takes attendance every day, papers are graded kinda hard for a 200 lvl class, have to read a lot.Rate My Professors ↗
Dr. Reynolds was a great professor. The content on Dostoyevsky is interesting and he presents a lot of good information in the lectures as well as providing chapter summaries for a lot of the works. Between going to lectures, reading the books, and reviewing some of the content he provides, the papers should be relatively straightforward.Rate My Professors ↗
Dr. Reynolds provided ample background knowledge allowing a comprehensive understanding of Dostoevsky's masterpieces. He is very passionate and excited to share his wealth of knowledge. If you enjoy literature, philosophy (existentialism especially), psychology, history, and an artistic representation of human nature, Dr. Reynolds is phenomenal.Rate My Professors ↗
