Such a fun professor! You can tell how much he cares about student learning and progress. The class itself felt very comfortable, and Andrew is great at conversing with students (he even encouraged us to address him using informal pronouns). As long as you do the work, it's an easy A. Andrew is great! I took French 301 and 302 with him. He is extremely helpful with improving spoken French, and he is great with keeping a conversation going. He is very enthusiastic, and one of the best I've had at UW!Rate My Professors ↗
Andrew is one of the best professors I've ever had at UW. I took this as well as 301, so I saw him a lot each week. He's really easy to talk to and super helpful. 322 had a lot of work and readings, and he was a tough grader at times, but if you do the work it'll be ok. After having studied abroad, I was extremely disappointed with this class. Although Andrew's written French is good, his oral is not impressive and he often makes simple grammatical mistakes. He's a nice guy and he wants to engage the class, but he only succeeded in doing so once or twice the whole semester. I don't recommend him for this class.Rate My Professors ↗
