Food Micro. All lecture based. Exams pretty fair, you just have to go over the lecture slides well which are all posted at Learn@UW. One TA in the class. A few online quizzes throughout the semester. Three exams, no final. Interesting but starts off rather dry as a micro class would.Rate My Professors ↗
