Too much time spent at the beginning on device physics we learned in ECE340. We were behind on new material and skipped 4 lectures from the syllabus. His notes are messy unless you follow along while he writes them. HW and projects are pretty easy, but they do take time. My only complaints are his answers to questions (sometimes it seems like he's not getting what you're asking), and the project workload (so many hours in the dungeon).
