It's clear Prof. Schmidt knows her stuff about H.C. Andersen and she conveys her enthusiasm to students. That being said, the class themes seemed to repeat and lectures got boring fast; I spent a lot of time on Twitter. I had her for Lit Trans 275 last semester and I have her now for Lit Trans 324. She is the sweetest lady ever and she is very knowledgable. She truely loves what she does and is very willing to help.Rate My Professors ↗
I got an A but it wasnt as easy as I would have predicted. Class is not curved but questions on exams can be tough. Exams are graded by TA's so talk to her about them afterward and she will award you extra points. Very nice teacher.Rate My Professors ↗
