HOWEVER, there is an insane amount of easy extra credit (equivalent to an entire midterm) like trying new food & writing about it. We made lotion & did other fun activities in lecture which was nice. She's amazing.  More inspirational guest lecturers than any other class, and they brought food samples!  She has a huge passion for what she's teaching.  We meditated 3 minutes before every class and she really engaged with the class.
