He didn't require attendance and was happy to have students to leave early if our work for his class was done. All that said, this classes focus on AutoCad helped me a ton at my summer internship which involved a lot of Civil 3D. Sure it can be rough, but JT really does prepare you for a lot of real world AutoCad skills.
