  • Describe common pathological processes (e.g., cardiovascular, pulmonary, psychological, nephrologic/urologic, neurologic, endocrine, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, rheumatologic, or multi-system) and their impact on patient management, especially in developing a physical therapist differential diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care.

  • Integrate related knowledge during simulated clinical experiences.

  • Analyze, integrate and evaluate facts and principles related to a specific patient problem.

  • Demonstrate effective clinical decision-making by applying evidence-based clinical reasoning frameworks to fulfill the professional role of a physical therapist in inpatient and outpatient care settings.

  • Demonstrate commitment to learning.

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and concern for the welfare of others.

  • Integrate the information presented.

  • Propose solutions involving systematic planning and a defined value system to solve problems and consistently revise judgments.
