Through a structured approach comprising various modules, including career, communication, ethics, financial, individual and team awareness, leadership, legal, mentorship, practice management, and wellbeing/wellness, delve into essential professional skills for future veterinarians. Emphasizing the following fundamental skills: communication in teams, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and self-reflection to better understand personal goals, needs, and motivations. Core aspects for a veterinary career are introduced: medical records and documentation, legal and ethical considerations, cultural responsiveness, and client communication.
