Collaborative Scholarly Inquiry involves working with faculty on projects including legal research, drafting briefs and motions, case organization, process improvement, and database management.
Summary
What you’ll be able to do
Identify and utilize an array of high-quality sources and strategies to expand research skills.
Develop and refine advocacy and scholarly writing skills while learning to integrate feedback through the editing and revision processes.
Generate and edit appropriate citations to legal sources, paying special attention to format for publication.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication, mutual respect, cooperation, and the capacity for both autonomous work and collaborative accountability.
