What you’ll be able to do

  • Identify and utilize an array of high-quality sources and strategies to expand research skills

  • Discern a novel and relevant legal issue through preemption checks, as well as audience needs

  • Develop and refine advocacy and scholarly writing skills while learning to integrate feedback through the editing and revision processes

  • Critically analyze and appraise written work for inclusion into a journal issue, employing collaborative decision-making

  • Generate and edit appropriate citations to legal sources, paying special attention to format for publication

  • Compose, share, and receive appropriate and relevant feedback with peers, authors, and editors during the editing process
