Explore advanced legal research sources and refine research skills with projects in a variety of different subject areas and procedural contexts.

Practice and refine research, writing, and revision specific to the appeal process. Participate in simulated appellate oral arguments and receive feedback and coaching.

Teaching methods include demonstrations by trial lawyers and practice sessions by the students under the supervision of trial lawyers.
