Course Description

An intensive introduction to the grammar and vocabulary of Classical Latin, the language of ancient Rome. Complete the equivalent ofLATIN 103104 in a single semester. Gain skills in preparation for reading Latin authors in the original. While focus is primarily on written grammar and translation, also touches on aspects of Roman culture, history and literature.
