Demonstrate an understanding of diverse historical and qualitative social-science theories, epistemologies, and methodologies related to education research and evaluation.
Define different evaluation paradigms, purposes, designs, and stakeholders
Develop basic skills of evaluation work, such as aligning aims and methods, writing research questions and hypotheses, and identifying data measures
Develop skills to plan and manage an evaluation project
Understand professional standards for conducting research and evaluation ethically and responsibly
