Student experience

the class

Work toward an ecological society, where organizations and organizers create the conditions for mutually beneficial relationships across species, social space, and time. Discover tools that help you to activate ecological society. Identify communities to work with and your best role. Learn how to navigate power structures to make change and how to weave together different ways of knowing. Reframe problems into questions, use processes for consensus building, and galvanize dissent into purpose. Develop competency in identifying predominant organizations (for-profit, non-profit, and cutting-edge entities such as community trusts). Create an action portfolio demonstrating an ability to activate ecological society.
