Topics include collecting inputs; pricing; estimating costs; adjusting for inflation, amortization, and units; sensitivity analyses; measuring effectiveness; quantifying benefits; computing rates of return; and communicating results. Lecture and project based with focus on real-world application, data collection, replication, and peer review.
